NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR 2023 School Year

The Children’s Treehouse Early Learning Center receives the Pre-K Counts grant from the Office of Child Development and Early Learning to provide FREE Pre-Kindergarten to families who are income eligible.

The Pennsylvania Pre-K Counts portion of the day is free to families living at or below 300% of federal poverty level (example: family of 4 earning under $90,000).  The program overview flyer will provider further information (English) or (Spanish).

If you are interested in enrolling your child please contact us immediately and submit a 2023 Pre-K Counts Application.

2023 PA Pre-K Counts Application

After submitting your online application please send the following 4 documents to TreehouseAdmissions@yahoo.com: (1) child birth certificate, (2) Health Assessment CD-51, (3) proof of Pennsylvania residency and (4) proof of income such as: 2022 tax return, 2022 W-2 or 3 paystubs.

Please note:  Applications without the required documentation will not be processed and will be returned to the family.
