At any and all times, parents are welcome to observe their child’s classroom. Supportive family relationships are essential to providing a good program for young children. Teachers are available for on-going communication with parents by daily contact, written notes or telephone conversations.
An Enrollment Meeting is scheduled with parents to meet the Director and their child’s Teacher. This meeting gives parents the opportunity to learn more about the program.
A Family Partnership Meeting is scheduled with all families within the first 45 days of enrollment to give parents the opportunity to confer with their child’s Teacher. During this meeting the Teacher will share the child’s initial developmental assessment results.
In May and October parents are given the opportunity to schedule a conference with their child’s Teacher to go over the child’s bi-annual assessment.
In addition, special conferences may be requested with Teachers and/or the Director.
